Jeff Hatton
Jeff specializes in creating structured plans for TVFCU members who need retirement income to fund their lifestyle as they transition out of their careers. After spending 20 years as a financial advisor in large banking institutions, Jeff wanted to bring his retirement planning and investment management experience to a community-focused organization and joined TVIA in 2017. He has guided clients through the tech bubble and the great recession by keeping a long-term, prudent perspective. Jeff attended the University of Kentucky. He holds his Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities licenses with LPL Financial. Jeff loves to travel and spend time outdoors.
Jeff is available to meet with TVFCU Members by appointment at the following branches: Dayton, Highway 58, Hixson, Kimball, North Cleveland and South Cleveland.
Pamela Rivers
Pamela specializes in helping Tennessee Valley Investment Advisors' clients align their priorities with their financial decisions. She loves to help clients craft a plan – for retirement, college or everyday savings and cash flow – and provide the support needed to see it through.
She began her financial services career in 2000 with Calvert Investments, a global leader in Sustainable and Responsible Investment Management. Over the 12 years she spent with Calvert, her most rewarding were as Regional Vice President, managing operations and distribution in the Pacific Northwest. Pamela also worked for a financial planning firm before moving to the Chattanooga area to be closer to family in 2016. She joined TVIA the following year. She graduated from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC and holds her Series 6,7,63 and 66 through LPL Financial.
Pamela is a board member of the Mountain Education Foundation, serves as a Catechist at St. Augustine Catholic Church and serves on the investment committee at the Chattanooga Christian School. She lives in the Chattanooga area with her husband and three sons.

Debbie Morrison
Debbie can identify with nearly every client. She is an individual contributing to a 401(k) retirement plan, a grandparent establishing a 529 college savings plan and the executor of an estate account. She works closely with our existing clients by providing helpful reminders and timely guidance. Debbie is located at TVFCU’s Ooltewah branch. Debbie lives in Harrison with her husband, Roger and has three grown sons and two beautiful grandchildren.
Kristie Stevenson
Kristie works with clients to establish accounts and transition to Tennessee Valley Investment Advisors. She has seven years of experience with TVFCU, most recently as a mortgage processor. Kristie excels in her position because of her diligent attention to detail and her client-centric attitude. She is a North Georgia native and a graduate of Berry College. She holds her life insurance license for the State of Georgia. She lives in Fort Oglethorpe, GA with her husband Julian and energetic german shepherd, Hailey.
